Dr. Somnath Narayan
Director/Founder
Dr. Narayan is a Civil Engineer with specialisation in Public Health Engineering and Environmental Engineering. Dr. Narayan served West Bengal Pollution Control Board and superannuated as SEE (Chief Engineer Grade). His experience includes Industrial Effluent Treatment
and Wastewater Treatment, SWM, Rejuvenation of Water Bodies, EIA & EMP, Arsenic, Iron and Fluoride Removal for Community Drinking Water Supply Projects, Recycling of Treated Effluent. With over 30 years of experience in the related fields, Dr. Narayan will lead our environmental
conservation projects.
Dr. Mukhopadhyay is a Scientist specialized in Physics. His professional experience includes Ambient Air Quality & Air Pollution Management, Water Pollution & Water Quality including Noise & Vibration. Dr. Mukhopadhyay has more than 20 years of experience in establishing pan State Ambient Air Monitoring Network, Water Quality Monitoring Network, Ambient Noise Monitoring Networks and development of Environment Management System (EMS) during his professional association with West Bengal Pollution Control Board till he superannuates as Chief Scientist. He has expertise in sustainable development, designing and implementing programs that empower communities economically while respecting the environment.

A seasoned economist with a pragmatic lens, Sabyasachi brings more than 17 years of experience bridging rigorous economic analysis with the practicalities of management consulting. His career has been marked by engagements with both state and national governments, where he has played a pivotal role in delivering high-impact outcomes across a broad spectrum of socio-economic and governance initiatives. His core competencies include socio-economic impact assessments, monitoring and evaluation of large-scale social sector programs, sustainability and environmental economics etc. His work has spanned key sectors such as livelihoods, urban development, and rural transformation—applying data-driven methodologies to assess Policy advocacy, Governance strengthening and skill development.
Shri Satish Kumar Gupta, Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi ALUMNI, has 35 years of experience while working in Bureau of Indian Standards. He is Certified Energy Auditor and was UNFCCC, CDM Accreditation Team for Competency verification of DOEs. He is Lead Auditor for QMS, EnMS, and verifier for Airport Carbon Accreditation, CORSIA. He has got great exposure to standards and their implementation, dealt with all the product conformity schemes of BIS. He has in depth knowledge about the structural safety and disaster management, also got administrative activity as Dy Director General of Eastern Region, covering 8 BIS Branches and 12 States.
